As your Spiritual Life Coach, my role is to help you remember who and what you really are as a Divine Spiritual Being and to release the old, outdated programming of your past. We will work together to gently peel away the fear-based belief systems which have imprisoned you and to install love-based belief systems which will empower you to create a life of love, happiness and peace!
When I went through the Self-Mastery process, it took me about 6 months or about 30 sessions to understand the process well enough to apply it to other areas of my life.
I have had some clients take more time and some a little bit less. There is no way for me to tell you how long it will take, but the only way to make progress is to get started!

What is a Spiritual Life Coach?
The mission of a Spiritual Life Coach...my mission is to "Save the World one soul at a time starting with mine."
But what does that mean exactly? Why would anyone reading this look at this website and decide that they wanted to hire me as a Spiritual Life Coach?
The simplest answer is that I have learned a process that creates empowerment.

But what does that mean exactly? Why would someone decide that they wanted to hire me as a Spiritual Life Coach?
The simplest answer is that I have learned a process that creates empowerment.
Hu Dalconzo taught me that “Enlightenment is the knowledge of how the Universe works” and “Empowerment is the application of that knowledge.”
Once you understand how you have been creating your life albeit unconsciously to this point, you will then understand how to create it consciously.
Most of us live our lives reacting to situations and doing whatever we can to avoid them going forward, instead of looking deeply into what that life circumstance is there to teach us.
I am certified through the Holistic Learning Center to teach a clinically proven process that has been taught since 1993 for thousands of clients called “Self-Mastery.”
Self-Mastery is a process of examining your life in such a way that you can create permanent behavioral change and thereby create a life that you enjoy instead of continuing to run on the same hamster wheel, like most people are doing.
In the Complimentary Introduction Assessment session, we will evaluate the areas in which you feel you are stuck from a conscious perspective and then run through a clinical assessment to expose the areas which are unconsciously creating your reality. From the combination of these two exercises, we will create your Healing Roadmap.
The roadmap will form the foundation of the work we do together and you will be provided a copy to track your own progress.
Every week, there will be homework assigned after our sessions and due 2 days before the session begins so that I can help you find those precious “Aha!” moments which peel away the negative belief systems which are silently creating those same unwanted life situations again and again.
Teaching my clients how to heal their pain is the most fulfilling thing I could be doing right now. Because the more of us that put an end to our inner suffering, the faster we can put an end to the suffering that is going on in our world.
